REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kimani Kamenya, of P.O. Box 76, Kabazi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.113 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabazi Munanda Block 2/1371 (Maombi Ona), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
