REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Judith Ayako Chepkonga, of P.O. Box 7401–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 6/30, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
