NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE A RESTRICTION WHEREAS David Charles Kimenzu Muli, of P.O. Box 90202– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 1427/III/MN, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, and has applied for the removal of a Restriction registered on 20th December, 2004. The details of the Restriction is known as Licensee Interest, and whereas the said claim has not been since acted upon by the applicant, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said Restriction after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
