REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shabani Mohamed Mwakaneno and (2) Sengera Mohamed Mwakaneno (deceased), are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Tiwi/1239, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a land register (green card), provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
