REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipsaina arap Boit (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as No. Nandi/Kabiemit/32, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kabiyet in succession cause No. 1 of 2022 (formerly Kapsabet 104 of 2016), has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) Some Murei and (2) Antony Boit, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Some Murei and (2) Antony Boit, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipsaina arap Boit (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
