THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jamlick Ndwiga Njeru alias J. Ndwiga Njeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Gaturi/Nembure/583, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Embu in succession cause No. 175 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Margery Marigu, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Margery Marigu (ID/3776788) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Jamlick Ndwiga Njeru alias J.
