THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Phili Kasau Musili (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 4.90, 3.53 and 0.55 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title Nos. Mutonguni/Kaimu/3337, 3352 and 2048, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court of Kenya at Kitui in succession cause No. 135 of 2010 has issued grant of letters of administration to Charles Lasia Kasau, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Phili Kasau Musili (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deeds to Charles Lasia Kasau, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Phili Kasau Musili (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
