REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Ethuron Nachuch (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/35970, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Lodwar in succession cause No. 6 of 2020, has issued a grant in favour of Agnetter Ebei Nachuch to be registered administrator, and whereas the the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the new land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Ethuron Nachuch (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
