REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Munyiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/1361, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nairobi in succession cause No. E381 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gideon Chege Kanyi, of P.O. Box 639–20117, Naivasha, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Gideon Chege Kanyi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kamau Munyiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
