COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plans were on the 10th February, 2023, completed. The part development plans relate to land situated within Samburu County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Physical planning, Samburu County Head Quarter’s Building, Basement Floor, Room No. 23. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all interested persons at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representations in connection with or objections to the above-named development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 3–20600, Mararal, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
