NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No.1303, in Volume D1, Folio 62/641, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Jane Wanjiru Kago (guardian), of P.O Box 510–00900, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Mitchelle Wangui Wanjiru (minor) formerly known as Mitchelle Karimi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mitchelle Karimi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mitchelle Wangui Wanjiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mitchelle Wangui Wanjiru only.
