NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 602, in Volume B-13, Folio 2259/19193, File No. 1637, by our client, Hassan Nyanje Chaka, of P.O. Box 65, Kinango in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nyanje Chaka Chideje, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nyanje Chaka Chideje, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Nyanje Chaka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hassan Nyanje Chaka only.
