NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 917, in Volume DI, Folio 1206/1534, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Gitau King’ang’i, of P.O. Box 74205–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ian Karanu Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ian Karanu Gitau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gitau King’ang’i, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gitau King’ang’i only.
