NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th December, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1517, in Volume DI, Folio 29/236, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Grace Wambui Kiarie (guardian), of P.O. Box 19433–00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Jerome Kiarie (minor), formerly known as Jerome Crayson Baridi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jerome Crayson Baridi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jerome Kiarie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jerome Kiarie only.
