NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1121, in Volume DI, Folio 52/567, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mohamed Abdirahman Kacho, of P.O. Box 103982–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Wako Galgallo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Wako Galgallo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Abdirahman Kacho, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Abdirahman Kacho only.
