NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 312, in Volume DI, Folio 312/5001, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Fatuma Mohamed Bare, of P.O. Box 10350– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Ali Bare, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Ali Bare, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Mohamed Bare, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Mohamed Bare only.
