NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 16, in Volume DI, Folio 1314//1536, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Mokaya Brian Ayub, of P.O. Box 30599– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mokaya Brian Tonny Ayub, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mokaya Brian Tonny Ayub, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mokaya Brian Ayub, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mokaya Brian Ayub only.
