IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (e) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints– Under subsection (d)— Isha Anand (Dr.) Bernard Kimutai Maiyo Under subsection (e) (i)— Beatrice K. M. Amugune (Dr.) as members of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2023. Dated the 23rd February, 2023.
