REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julgem Communication Services Limited, of P.O. Box 10976–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.200 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under certificate No. Nairobi/Block 79/788, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration 694 694 of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
