THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Twalal Hussein Karama and (2) Mohamed Hussein Karama, both of P.O. Box 123–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0178 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVI/1012, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
