REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Sabastiano Lidoro, of P.O. Box 937–50400, Busia in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrator of the estate of Andrew Auma Kasamu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as 1870/I/MN, situate in Malindi Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 15756, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
