REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulrahman Mohamed Abeid Elhaj, of P.O. Box 83905–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2021 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 5688/III/MN, situate North of Mombasa Municipality in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 52626, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
