REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margrove Investment Limited, of P.O. Box 82077– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.452 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 3612/Vi/Mn, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title as C.R. 17967, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost and indemnity issued, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
