REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kamau Njenga (deceased), is registered proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 7/Ichagaki/1669, 1670, 1671, 1672, 1673 and 1674, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. E124 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Mary Wanjiru Kamau, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Mary Wanjiru Kamau, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Peter Kamau Njenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
