GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2277

WHEREAS Wilson Miriti M’Manene alias Miriti s/o Manene alias Miriti Manene (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Abothuguchi/Katheri/1413, 1549 and 1893, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. E10 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Samwel Kathurima Miriti, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Wilson Miriti M’Manene alias Miriti s/o Manene alias Miriti Imanene (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Samwel Kathurima Miriti, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Wilson Miriti M’Manene alias Miriti s/o Manene alias Miriti Imanene (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
