THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

EXTENSION

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above part development plan was on 20th February, 2023 completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Mzizima in Mombasa County. Copies of the development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at Department of Lands, Housing and Physical planning at Bima Tower 3rd Floor, along Digo Road. The copies are available for inspections, free of charge by all persons interested at the Department of Lands, Housing and Physical planning at Bima Tower 3rd Floor, along Digo Road between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representations in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Planning and Housing P.O. Box 81599–80100, Mombasa, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which is made.
