THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT

APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, take notice that the Official Receiver was appointed as interim liquidator of the property of Sunus (Baby and Children Wear) Limited (the Company), situate at Plot No. 209/2606, Biashara Street, Nairobi, pursuant to the interim liquidation order issued on 22nd December, 2022. Creditors of the company are required on or before 10th March, 2023 to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the company to the undersigned, the interim liquidator of the company, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
