ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 6 and 7 the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBV 745Y, Toyota Crown, to collect the abandoned vehicle which is at Danstone Gardens in Nairobi, upon expiry of Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with cost of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any father reference to the owner.
