NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal Uncollected Goods Acts (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Tracy Otieno (Ms.) to collect her household goods stored at Pangani Auction Storage Yard. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice to defray accrued storage charges and expenses.
