TENDER

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya), notice is issued to the owners of Isuzu FVR 4x2 truck, reg. No. KCA 457T, which is currently at the yard of Danca Traders Limited, P.O. Box 86695–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, to take the delivery of the said asset within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the accumulated storage charges and the cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
