NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 318, in Volume DI, Folio 33/388, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Albert Michael Omwega, of P.O. Box 3018– 40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mishael Ogeto Omwega, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mishael Ogeto Omwega, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Albert Michael Omwega, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Albert Michael Omwega only.
