NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 436 in Volume B-13, Folio 2257/19167, File No. 1637, by our client, Nana Misbah Abubakar, of P.O. Box 156–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nana Misbah Bakari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nana Misbah Bakari, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nana Misbah Abubakar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nana Misbah Abubakar only.
