TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Chandulal Odhavji Kantaria, of 3, Hillside Grove, Mill Hill, NW72LS, United Kingdom and (2) Ratilal Monji Lakhani, of P.O. Box 81926–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Shardaben Vithaldas Morjaria, who died at Nairobi, on 24th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
