Box 14–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang’i Odhiamboa, who died at Budonga Sub-location, on 5th August, 1978. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By Florence Atieno Ogutu, of P.O. Box 14–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of were Otsioli Owori alias Were Othuol, who died at Bujumba Sub-location, on 24th February, 1984. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By Alfred Ongurada Ndubi, of P.O. Box 210–50405, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Akoth Ndubi alias Susanah Dumbi Ong’urata, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 17th November, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
