TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2023 By (1) Christopher Ngaira Selebwa and (2) Amos Musalakani Serebwa, both of P.O. Box 42, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Selebwa, who died at Shing’ondo, on 30th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Ayuma Ambosa and (2) Jotham Amboso, both of P.O. Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s stepsister and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Amboso Shikami alias Luke Amboso, who died on 7th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
