TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2022 By Esther Wanjiru Muturi, of P.O. Box 84–10105, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasan Kairu Kamunya, who died at Lamuria Sub-location, on 17th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2022 By (1) Duncan Githinji Wachuka and (2) Syvester Maina Wachuka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wagithi Wachuka alias Jane Wangithi Wacuka, who died at Karatina Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
