CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By Janeffer Wanjiku Karitu, of P.O. Box 1, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karitu Kinaga alias Karitu Njagi, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 18th October, 1975.
