E20 OF 2023 By Hiram Ntongai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Karathiga M’Mbwi alias Karathinga M’Impwi, who died at District Hospital, Meru in Kenya, on 9th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Janet Matundu Mwendah, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda James Mungania, who died at P.C.E.A. Chogoria Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2021. CAUSE NO.
