Box 196, Sare in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Atemo Maraji alias Philip Atemo, who died at Alego Central Sub-location, on 2nd February, 1994. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2021 By Henry Otieno Gingo, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Gingo Nyalumbe alias Gingo Nyalumbe, who died at Wasio, on 1st July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 240 OF 2022 By Johnson Ogidi Wang’iko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Wakio Kibaso alias AloysWang’kio Kibaso, who died at Nyabomo Sub-location, on 28th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 241 OF 2022 By Marcy Akoth Oigo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Musee Wakio alias Aloice Wangikio Kibaso, who died at Nyabomo Sub-location, on 30th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. 242 OF 2022 By Otieno Erick Suna, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Suna Wakio alias Benson Suna Wang’kio, who died at Nyabomo Sub-location, on 17th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
