Box 30, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimesis arap Masai, who died on 11th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2022 By Marita Jebet Asengo, of P.O. Box 1535, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Makongo Asingo, who died on 29th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Elicky Cheruiyot Sum, of P.O. Box 182, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kipsum Kesio, who died on 31st January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
