TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2022 By Anne Wanjiku Kamau, of P.O. Box 107, Kiriaini in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Muthoni Chege alias Muthoni Chege, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 20th January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Margaret Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Kamau Kiago alias Kiago Timothy Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 17th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
