E25 OF 2023 By Buliba Brian Omutiti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Amukonyole Ngota alias Richard Amukonyole, who died at Khushiku Sub-location in 1992. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By Joshua Anyanga Matendechere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Matendechere Amangalia alias Matendechere Amangalia, who died at Mundeku in 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
