TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By Jane Adhiambo Ouko, of P.O. Box 430–40105, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ouko Adem, who died at East Kolunje, on 1st November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By David Silvester Owino Ojigo, of P.O. Box 2904–00625, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Ojigo Owino, who died at South Ratta, on 28th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
