TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Fredric Otieno Ochola, of P.O. Box 71–40105, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramanus Ragumo Ochola alias Ramanus Ragumo, who died at Kombewa Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Helida Apiyo Oniango, of P.O. Box 71–40105, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvanus Onyango Ongala alias Silvanus Oniango Ongala, who died at North Ratta, on 14th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
