TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2023 By Monicah Anyango Awino, of P.O. Box 6–40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchild, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Owenga alias Oguta Owenga, who died on 20th July, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
