TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2023 By Teresia Nasibae Ndanui, of P.O. Box 1, Kilgoris, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelimo Enole Kikono, who died at Endonyo Nkopit, on 18th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Daniel Olonkishu Sumei, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lemiso Ololpapit Kisumei, who died at Emarti, on 10th August, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
