TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2023 By (1) Emanuel Charo Mwarua and (2) David Shida Mwaruwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mgei Mwarua Baya, who died at Ngerenya, Kilifi, 19th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2023 By (1) Davis Murima Tsuma and (2) Samuel Charo Tsuma, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macksmilla Kasichana Tsuma, who died at Kaereni, Kilifi. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
