TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 150 (E47) OF 2020 By Absolom Njihia Ngunjiri, of P.O. Box 104, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunjiri Kariba, who died on 24th November, 2005. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2022 By Michael Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Thuku, who died at Embakasi, on 7th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Mwangi G. Karanu, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Mwangi Karanu, who died at Mariira Village, on 12th April, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
