TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2022 By Virginia Chai Kinoti, of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Nkobi M’Ndubai alias Patrick Nkoobi Dubai, who died at Cottolengo Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By Josphat Mutembei Mungatia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kathure Magiri, who died at Kanyakine Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By Florence Nkatha, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mungania Karugunyu, who died at Mwichiune, on 1st January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By Dinah Maringa Kirimi, of P.O. Box 46, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kirimi alias Paul Kirimi Maingi, who died at Kianjogu, on 15th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023 By (1) Adriana Muthoni Paul and (2) Dinah Maringa Kirimi, both of P.O. Box 46, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felicity Kagendo Paul alias Felicity Kagendo Maugu, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
