TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2022 By (1) Thomas Mbuya Juma, (2) Jesca Akeyo Nyangwenya and (3) Benter Akello Nyangwenya, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nyangwenya Orego, who died at Wathorego, Kisumu, on 28th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Helida Anyango Wangige and (2) John Omondi Opiyo, both of P.O. Box 126–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in- law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agostinus Agonyo alias Agustinus Agonyo, who died at Kamrongo, on 13th June, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
